I hold a grounding presence and teach evidence-informed grounding and regulation practices so clients feel seen, calmer, and ready to take brave steps. I am a wellness coach and do not provide clinical therapy or diagnosis.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid routines. I believe in practices that meet you where you are — whether you need stillness, structure, or spontaneity. Honouring the whole of you—mind, body, and spirit. Guiding you back to your center, so you can step into the world with clarity, resilience, and joy.
